If I am wanting to repair my credit, is it true that I must get each credit card balance to an amount that is equal to or lower than half of the credit limit? I hope that I have worded this correctly so that you can understand my question. Thanks for your help!

Please help me! My husband got a line of credit using our house as collateral from USAA without my signature. My name is on everything pertaining to this house – deed, tax bill, first mortgage, etc. Is this legal in GA?

Regarding my husband getting a loan against our house without my signature. I contacted OTS in Washington and I was suppose to get a response within 60 days and as of yet I have not heard from there. I am having a problem getting an attorney to help me with problem as well. When I contacted USAA they said that they were sorry but what they did was legal. I have talked to bankers & a couple of attorneys and they say the loan was not legal. Is it possible that USAA has given loans like this to other people as well. I really need someone to help me to get this off my house. Any suggestions?

Mrs huff I am 67 years old and I loved you when you were on CNN net work .I thought you were the great news Lady.any why I love animals(dog chicken etc.) I want to know why the animal food has 7% tax on it and our food has 3%I pick up lot,s of unloved animal and take care of them but with social security it hard will you find out why ?Keep up with good work Andy
